The Ministry of Mines and Strategic Resources is honored to sponsor the signing of an agreement between EITI and SAMIFIN which meets our expectations in relation to the policy pursued by our ministry on the sanitation of the mining sector and is in compliance with article 297 of the Madagascar Mining Code
