To intensify the efforts to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism, Mamitiana Rajaonarison, Director General of the Financial Intelligence Service (Samifin), met yesterday Justin Tokely, President of the National Assembly.

The Director General of SAMIFIN, Mr. Rajaonarison Mamitiana, was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mrs. Rafaravavitafika Rasata, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anosy, on Tuesday 9th July.

The National Office for the Fight against Human Trafficking (BNLTEH) and the Financial Intelligence Unit of Madagascar (SAMIFIN), represented by the Executive Secretary, Mr. Éric RAMAHANDRISOA and the Director General, Mr. Mamitiana RAJAONARISON, signed a memorandum of understanding, on 10th June 2024.
