AML/CFT training provided by the FESTIVAL company and student commissioners of the National Police
The Research and Training Center is actively continuing its training sessions for various national stakeholders.
On April 30 and May 7, the FESTIVAL company benefited from training provided by SAMIFIN on AML/CFT in general, as well as on the fight against corruption. Operating in the clothing sector, the company wanted to raise awareness among its staff about the importance of due diligence measures regarding money laundering and corruption.
From May 11 to 13, officer cadets and commissioner cadets of the National Police attended training at the ILOHAY Center on financial investigation, the recovery of illicit assets, wildlife trafficking, and cryptocurrencies.
Furthermore, thanks to the hybrid training model offered by the Center, the Malagasy Press Agency (Paositra Malagasy) was also able to benefit from virtual training on AML/CFT/CFT at the beginning of May.
Dedicated to combating financial crime in general, the ILOHAY Center offers training programs tailored to all sectors and profiles. The training provided at the ILOHAY Center is delivered not only by agents from SAMIFIN - FIU Madagascar, but also by representatives from partner institutions and specialized experts, brought in according to the topics covered to provide technical skills adapted to the participants' needs.
For these three training sessions, BIANCO Madagascar and #ARAI participated as trainers. A big thank you to them!
