Cooperation with OMNIS

Ambohijanaka, 19 March 2025. To consolidate the vision "Choose Madagascar" and securing the investing in Madagascar focus on extractive resources, SAMIFIN is working closely with OMNIS (Office of National Mines and Strategic Industries).

"Madagascar is fully member of EITI and this cooperation will help OMNIS to run due diligence on its actual and future partners,  and also to know the effective ownership of the contracting companies", said Mrs RASOLONIRINA Andry Nantenaina, General Director of OMNIS.

This agreement marks the intensification of collaboration between the two institutions, aimed at making Madagascar more competitive and attractive in terms of investment, particularly in the mining and extractive industries sectors.
