MoU with BNLETH

The National Office for the Fight against Human Trafficking (BNLTEH) and the Financial Intelligence Unit of Madagascar (SAMIFIN), represented by the Executive Secretary, Mr. Éric RAMAHANDRISOA and the Director General, Mr. Mamitiana RAJAONARISON, signed a memorandum of understanding, on 10th June 2024.

This memorandum concerns the exchange of good practices and mutual technical assistance in the treatment of cases of trafficking in human beings in relation to money laundering, for the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of destruction massive.

This agreement also covers mutual cooperation between the two parties in the exchange of data, information and intelligence
