AML Prevention Day : on money laundering related to fraud and evasion tax
The second day of JPBC 2025 was marked by the continuation of the research presentations, including three virtual presentations by researchers from Mahajanga, Gabon and Zambia. SAMIFIN - FIU Madagascar would like to warmly thank all the speakers and participants for their enriching contributions. Each of the works presented provided essential reflections for AML/CFT.
Congrats to the winners :
After an in-depth analysis of the work by the scientific committee, the prizes were awarded to the winners of the different research axes. The two most deserving works from each axis were chosen. The prizes were awarded by the European Union Project Managers, Mr. Frédéric BAYARD for SECFIN AFRICA and Mrs. Fanny Lacroix for the Governance project, Mr. RAJOHNSON Andrianjatovo Rado, Acting Director General of #ARAI, as well as Mr. Mamitiana RAJAONARISON, Director General of #SAMIFIN, who warmly congratulated the winners for the quality of their work.

This event is a real opportunity to strengthen the fight against money laundering and support the training of students in this crucial area. SAMIFIN strongly encourages the renewal of this initiative, as it is beneficial for the participants, for the AML/CFT, and for the entire country.
