International Cooperation: Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SAMIFIN and the FIU of the Kyrgyz Republic

On January 28, 2026, in Arusha, Tanzania, SAMIFIN - FIU Madagascar and the FIU of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

This agreement facilitates the exchange of information, the sharing of experiences, and technical assistance, in accordance with their respective legal frameworks. It is part of the national AML/CFT strategy for strengthening international cooperation.
